AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200.
Transactions less than this value are charged at a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping (within Australia).

Standard shipping option delivers within 2-6 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes, excluding WA. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.
Once dispatched, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

1-3 business days Victoria
2-6 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*
3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania*
Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason this is not the case, we are happy to exchange the product, provide a credit note or refund the item within 14 days of receiving the order, only if the products you return are new and in an unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.

Please note:
1). We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
2) The shipping cost incurred for returning items(s) are not covered or reimbursed by Clémence Mai.
3) We are unable to accept returns on personalized and customized products.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. We will not be responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Unfortunately we cannot process returns for lost parcels without tracking details so please make note of your parcel tracking number when lodging the return at the post office by taking a screen shot or keeping the receipt for your reference. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items.
